Why use blended learning?

The Blended Learning Approach - Our Clients’ Preference

We offer a variety of blended learning options, and all are popular with the clients we work with – Amazon, BAE Systems, NHS, Biffa, London Energy, Heineken, Biomerieux and Yondr.

Face-to-face learning is perfect for organisations looking to go the extra mile, mixing self-led online learning with six 90 to 120-minute in-person sessions with Darren. Each delegate will be given access to our online learning platform.

 

How it works

Each delegate will be given access to our online learning platform. Over the next two weeks, their learning experience will follow this path while Darren delivers face-to-face training along with every session. If you prefer, we can deliver the course in a different format. For example, your delegates work their way through Modules 1 and 2 (see below), so the course can be delivered across three sessions, instead of six.

Although the Blended Learning Approach is the preferred route for many clients, both these programs work well as an online only option.
