• Welcome to Behavioural Safety Services and Training

Behavioural Safety Services and Training are a carefully selected team of specialist IOSH accredited Behavioural Safety Consultants and Trainers.  We formed in 2006 in anticipation of the significant new demands that the Corporate Manslaughter Act would eventually place on large organisations in 2008.

Thankfully, people are starting to realise that paperwork is just not enough anymore.  It’s now all about the kind of CULTURE an organisation has that leads to the BEHAVIOUR of their people that is really important.

  • Because it’s behaviour that saves lives and not paper!

At Behavioural Safety Services & Training we like to focus on the actual behaviour of your people because we believe that’s what saves lives.  We will help you understand the psychology and science that really drives behaviour and then focus on what you can do to influence behaviour more effectively.
