Blended Learning By Us

Why use blended learning?

The Blended Learning Approach - Our Corporate Clients’ Preference

Whilst the online version of this program works very well on its own, many of our corporate partners like to put ALL their leaders and managers through our Blended Learning Option. Groups of up to 20 people progress through the online progrm together over a 2-3 week period with supported LIVE sessions (either virtual or F2F) conducted by Darren or one of our personally trained associates. 

If you’re thinking of putting more than 50 delegates through the program, please get in touch, as you may be interested in our Corporate Client program.

Blended by Us offers a unique blend of self-led online learning with up to six 90 to 120-minute live sessions with Darren or an associate, delivered over Teams or Zoom. Each delegate will be given access to our online learning platform.

 

How it works

Each delegate will be given access to our online learning platform. Over the next two weeks, their learning experience will follow this path. If you prefer, we can deliver the course in a different format.

For example, your delegates work their way through Modules 1 and 2 (see below), so the course can be delivered across three sessions, instead of six.

Although the Blended Learning Approach is the preferred route for many clients, both these programs work well as an online only option.

What to expect from blended learning

Flexible - Live F2F or virtual delivery spread over 2 consecutive days or over 2-3 weeks with six virtual sessions of two hours each.

Guided - Let Darren give you practical guidance and exercises on applying your learning to real-world scenarios.

IOSH Certificated - Your delegates will gain a valuable new qualification that will enhance your reputation and improve performance.

An IOSH certificate in Behavioural Science for Leadership in Safety will be awarded to each successful delegate
