We can also design and deliver your entire Annual Conference with a stellar collection of keynote speakers who will engage and inspire your conference with interactive workshops and key takeaways.
We’ve done exactly this for some of the largest organisations in the world – for their live and online events.
Astra Zeneca asked us to design and deliver their Health and Wellbeing Conference – we did the same for Sodexo Corporate Services (twice) for their Safety Conferences. And Irish Rail invited us to speak at their annual National Health and Safety Awards to celebrate exceptional employee performance.
With a theme around performance psychology and behavioural science in safety and health, your event can be designed and delivered solely by Darren or, depending on the programme, we can provide a brilliant selection of keynote speakers to join us. We’ll take care of everything – all you have to do is focus on the delegate list.
Our tailormade events range from a 30-minute keynote to full day conferences and thought-provoking interactive workshops.
We’ve also been asked to support our clients to develop development days and annual retreats – we really enjoy creating memorable experiences for you.

The Perfect Storm for Behaviours
Our keynotes can be tailored to your team and organisation – what is it you’re wanting to achieve? They can also be tailored around some of our more popular keynotes. If you’re curious to find out what we cover in each, please talk to us.
Performance psychology and behavioural science in safety and health form the theme for our conferences and workshops. We’ve developed these four sessions which are popular with our corporate clients.
Some choose one session, others select two – and sometimes they go for all four. They can be mixed with some of the content from our keynotes – and we can even add in something new.
Talk to us about how we can support your live or online event. We’d love to be part of it.
Starting with a short engaging eLearning module, we’ll remind delegates of some of the key differences and advantages of four very different leadership styles. We’ll ask them to consider which styles are more mainstream within the team and themselves, and then reflect on how this could be improved. We’ll then discuss how communication can become better still, to enhance the team dynamic. We’ll finish with a 'Collaboration Exercise' which delegates always find fun and insightful.
Learning Outcomes
Delegates will understand how different leadership styles and the way we communicate effects performance and cohesion. They will become more aware of how collaborative the team is (or not)!
We’ll set the scene with a short video soundbite on Trust, and a questionnaire to elicit Values in a workplace context. After a short presentation on values-based leadership and social impact theory – otherwise known as team dynamics, we’ll conduct an exercise that will evaluate and improve team cohesion.
Learning Outcomes
Delegates will better understand where they currently sit on the 'trust matrix' scale, and how their own personal values can improve or diminish the team dynamic.
Getting everyone actively involved, we’ll perform an exercise to identify the key psychological characteristics of developing excellence (Collins & Macnamara) and find controllable ways of developing them.
Learning Outcomes
Delegates will better understand the specific psychological characteristics that have been identified in elite performers and how they can be applied to improve long-term workplace performance.
To prepare delegates for the start of this session, they’ll go online to do a short learning module. Then, when we’re together, we’ll identify and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of goal setting and incentivisation in their working environment – and develop new ways to improve performance.
Learning Outcomes
Delegates will understand the difference between results and performance. They will be able to apply the principles of Outcome Goals and Process Goals, rather than SMART targets.
